Your photos and videos stay on your device. CaptureCue stores the ideas, notes, and metadata that help you organize what you've captured, in a secure Cloud Vault you can reach from any device you sign in on.
What CaptureCue stores
- Your account and profile (name, company, roles, topics, audiences, voice preferences, signature work)
- Your events
- The AI Cues, Quick Talk ideas, and Capture Sprints generated for you
- Your capture records: titles, descriptions, talking points, content lanes, tags, notes, favorites, and retake flags
- Optional small preview thumbnails (about 400 pixels), only if you choose to add them
- Names and permission records of people you tag
- Your preferences
- Usage information needed to run the service (for example, how many AI Cues you've requested today)
What CaptureCue does not store
- CaptureCue version 1 does not upload or store the actual photos or videos on your phone. Your originals stay on your device.
How long we keep it
- Event records are deleted 90 days after the event ends. You can export them any time before then.
- Cues you don't capture or save are deleted after 7 days. Saved ideas are deleted after 30 days.
- You can export your data or delete your account and data at any time in Settings, Data & Privacy.
